At three years old, my first wedding, I was a bridesmaid to my Aunty and Uncle and I’ve been hooked on weddings ever since. The pretty frocks, dapper suits, the smiles and the joy, the love in the air - I’m captivated by it all!!
Fast forward to today and as a Celebrant I’d love to be able to help you enjoy your special celebration. Whether you’re getting married; would you like to make a public declaration of your love for each other with a commitment ceremony; renew your vows after many years of marriage; or are you planning a naming ceremony or maybe you would just like a bespoke script? Whichever it is, I'm the fully qualified Celebrant to bring your plans to fruition.
Together we can write a unique script which reflects who you are at the beginning of the next chapter of your life and we can make it extra special by tailoring it to you and to what you want.
I have two decades of event experience helping to plan many weddings, Christenings and important life moments and in addition to this working on business, corporate and cultural events for one of the UK’s most famous educational establishments - The British Library.
I have completed, and passed, the national qualification ‘Level 3 Diploma in Celebrancy: Naming and Couples (RQF)’ with Civil Ceremonies Ltd and I am a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants.
that your ceremony is as significant as the commitment it celebrates as it's not the prelude to a celebration, it is the very heart of it. Your ceremony is where heritage and traditions are honoured, a new chapter is starting and (most importantly) the moment wher love is witnessed by your family and friends.
Whether you are having a wedding ceremony, renewing your vows or planning a naming ceremony, we'll create a memory that is unforgettable. The words used are meaningful and authentic, deeply personal and enduring, all reflecting the power in your story and the beauty in the details.
I have four decades of experience in events, and having worked on business, corporate and cultural events for one of the UK’s most respected institutions, the British Library this experience that has shaped my meticulous attention to detail, calm professionalism and deep respect for heritage, tradition and storytelling.
Professionally trained and nationally qualified, I have a Level 3 Diploma in Celebrancy: Naming and Couples (RQF) with Civil Ceremonies Ltd and I am a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants and a founding member of the UK Wedding Association.
...that every ceremony should be as unique and special as the individuals it celebrates. I am dedicated to creating personalised ceremonies that reflect the beliefs, values, and personalities of my couples, and that honour the diversity and cultural traditions of all who come to me for my services.
...that inclusivity is key to creating meaningful and memorable ceremonies, and I work hard to ensure that everyone feels welcome and respected regardless of their background, beliefs, or lifestyle.
My company ethos is centered around fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere that helps my couples feel comfortable and confident throughout the planning process. I pride myself on my professionalism and attention to detail, and I am committed to continuously learning and growing as a celebrant through ongoing education and training opportunities.
Above all, I strive to go above and beyond to exceed my couples expectations and create experiences that they will cherish for a lifetime. I truly believe that my work is a gift, and I am passionate about sharing that gift with others through the art of ceremony.
